We have very few returns, but if you don’t love it within the 120 night trial period you may return it for a full refund.

You have 120 calendar days to return your Acesleep Mattress from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service team before you start a return process. Once we confirm the return process is finished, you will get your payment back within 48 hours.

What is the return process for Acesleep?
The customer service representative will ask for photo of your original purchase. Please note that Acesleep never restock or resell the returned mattress. Then we'll work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full. Refunds will be credited back to your account within 24 hours.
Is it possible to exchange my Acesleep for a new one?
If for any reason you believe that your mattress is damaged or defective, please let us know immediately. Just give our Customer Service Team a call and we’ll work with you to correct that as soon as possible. Traditional exchanges are handled by returning the original mattress through our returns process. The second bed is ineligible for return or exchange. You must email Customer Delight before starting the return process to confirm you’re eligible for exchange.
